Himalayan Goji Juice

I just came across a site that has some awesome recipes for Himalayan Goji Berries. There is now a cupcake which is a chocolate based goji berry. Give it a look here.

I”ll be trying out this little delight - What a great way to promote great health and to enjoy your food. Himalayan Goji berries don’t taste that great by themselves which is why I prefer to buy Himalayan Goji juice however I’m sure a little chocolate cupcake would make things a lot better!

Himalayan Goji has been added to beer by Anheuser-Busch with their 180 Red with Goji, however I do like the idea of chocolate Goji cupcakes myself.  And from a nutritional stand point I go with a standardized juice product.
